Vitra Eames Lounge Chair - Designed by Charles & Ray Eames in 1956 the Lounge Chair is a re-interpretation of the classic English club chair. Combining the highest quality materials with elite craftsmanship the brothers created a modern version of the conventionally ponderous club chair which is lighter, more elegant and, surprisingly, more comfortable.
The Lounge Chair is now available from Vitra in two sizes: with classic dimensions and with new, larger dimensions. Furthermore, the various combinations of leather upholstery covers, wooden shells and bases are now joined by a white edition and a black edition of the Lounge Chair with corresponding details.
